Complaint Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase, those who come to our  'physical' shops as well as the ones who visit our 'virtual' webshop. Do not hesitate to send us your questions or remarks. We will do everything in our power to offer a right solution. All complaints or disagreements must be reported within 7 days after delivery. If the complaint proves to be valid, our liability is limited to the exchange of the product(s).

All of the seller's liabilities are limited to the actually paid amount for the order.
